These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.day5design.co.nz (“Website”) and the services provided by Day 5 Design, operated by Elizabeth Qiu (“Day 5 Design”). By accessing or using this Website and/or engaging Day 5 Design’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or the services.

Day 5 Design provides branding, graphic design, and related creative services. Service details, inclusions, and pricing may be listed on the Website or communicated directly. All services are subject to written agreement. Day 5 Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, branding, logos, and materials displayed on this Website are owned by or licensed to Day 5 Design. Clients retain ownership of their own business content but grant Day 5 Design a licence to use such content for the purpose of providing services and, unless otherwise agreed, for portfolio and promotional use.
